All services are subject to availability and geographic coverage at the time of enquiry. We reserve the right to decline jobs that fall outside our operational area or capacity.

A submission via the contact form constitutes an enquiry only, not a binding order. An order is considered confirmed solely when MST DELIVERIES LTD has provided written or verbal confirmation of acceptance and an agreed price for the service.
4. Pricing and Payment
Price indications on this website are market reference rates provided for guidance only. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and is based on the specific requirements of each job.
Payment is due by invoice issued following service delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance. MST DELIVERIES LTD reserves the right to require full or partial payment in advance for new customers, large-value jobs, or at its discretion.
All prices are quoted in British Pound Sterling (GBP). Late payment may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Delivery and Fulfilment
MST DELIVERIES LTD will use reasonable endeavours to collect and deliver items within the agreed timeframe. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by traffic conditions, access restrictions, adverse weather, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that items are adequately and appropriately packaged for transport. MST DELIVERIES LTD accepts no liability for damage caused by insufficient or inappropriate packaging.
The customer must ensure that the item to be transported is lawful to carry, does not contain prohibited substances, and that any required documentation accompanies the consignment.
6. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations or changes to a confirmed booking must be notified as early as possible by phone or email. If a driver has already been dispatched or a collection has commenced at the time of cancellation, a call-out fee may be charged to cover operational costs incurred. The applicable fee will be communicated at the time of cancellation.
7. Liability
MST DELIVERIES LTD's liability for loss of or damage to goods in transit is limited to the reasonable market value of the goods, up to a maximum of the value of the service contracted for the relevant job, unless a higher limit has been agreed in writing in advance.
We do not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or economic loss (including loss of profit or business) arising from delay or non-delivery.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Any complaints should be directed to [email protected] or by calling 07828 795 823. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and to resolve them within 14 business days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved directly between the parties, either party may refer the matter to an appropriate dispute resolution body or seek resolution through the courts.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
